I was charged for a free download.

I downloaded Avast 5 for free. I tried to buy their Firewall and got a message that I would receive an e-mail as to when I could download and then I was charged for the Avast 5, but never got the Firewall. I cannot find anyway to contact the Avast team. Can you help me?
