I Got the acer 8920g laptop and i cannot get it to play blurays i have used the cyberlink BD advisor and i am missing the hardware dual decoding capabillity on the advanced playback do you what i have got to do, i have upgraded to windows 7 a couple of times and once i have been able to use bluray i don'y know how, but i have just had to reinstall windows again and i can't get it to play blurays do you know what i have to do please mr gavin casey thanks
