As you can see on the official web page, the latest version of the application is compatible only with Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 2000, Linux and Mac OS X platforms. However, a solution to run the program on your computer, can be the Windows 7 Compatibility Mode. Right click on the program icon and go to Properties > Compatibility tab. Check the Run this program in compatibility mode for box and select a compatible operating system from the drop-down list. Click Apply and then OK. Also, you can try to install the application in Windows XP Mode environment.
