Can SiS VGA Utilities 0.0.0.3570 be upgraded to a later version software?

You need to check the manufacturer of your motherboard because these utilities are found on their website. Look for the model of your motherboard and paste it on Google. Visit the support website and access the Downloads section. If there is a newer version you can download it from there under the Utilities section.
