What does "expired certificate" mean for a SIS application?

I use Nokia c5-00 and I wanted to install a SIS application, but I got an error like: "Expired certificate".

You will need to enter configuration settings on your phone and enable all certificates regarding applications installation rules. Once you do that the error will not pop up.
