I have 3G inside my PC but it was deleted when it was at the repair. Now I can't find it.

If you have a USB modem, plug it in and install its corresponding software. Alternatively, if you use Ralink products, you need to identify the product model of your device then you can download the drivers needed to work properly. Since Ralink was acquired by MediaTek, you need to visit MediaTek Downloads section to download the necessary drivers.
