No, the Emurayden PSX Emulator itself doesn't have a quick save option. These check points are available only on some specific games. Unfortunately, Emurayden PSX Emulator has been discontinued and it is no longer supported. If you're using a Windows PC, I suggest you use PCSX2 as an alternative. If you're using a Mac, try OpenEmu. Both of them have a quick save feature.
