Can I run a full dynamic thermal analysis with Hourly Analysis Program?

I'm carrying out a BREEAM assessment of some recently constructed office-buildings. One of the BREEAM requirements connected with thermal comfort is that 'The software used to carry out the simulation at the detailed design stage must provide full dynamic thermal analysis". My question is: Does HAP program allow to carry out such analysis?
