Skazzi PCTV is an old application that is not fully compatible with the latest Windows platforms. In order to fix the problems, I suggest you right-click the launcher, select Properties and open the Compatibility tab. Check Run this program in compatibility mode for box, select Windows XP from the drop-down list, click Apply and then OK. Also, go to Start, type dxdiag and open the utility. Click the Sound tab, check your audio card model and download and install the latest drivers available from the developer's web page.
