I need to create a scheduling grid

I want to create a multi-year calendar to schedule the delivery dates of info. Example: 6 people join the program one week and are to be delivered info twice per week for one year. The following week 4 people join and are to be delivered the same info in the same order, same time intervals between delivery, but they get their info one week later than the first group, and so on. Will this program help me create that type of scheduling grid?

Yes, this program can help you create this type of scheduling grid, but it will not provide any kind of automation. You will need to do everything manually. However, from what it seems, the software has been discontinued and it is no longer supported. Also, the official web page domain has expired and the developer is out of business. You can still find a French version of the software, if you open the 4th link from Google search engine.
