If you have problems with the modem on Windows Vista, then I recommend re-installing the driver using the manual way. Unfortunately, there is no official driver, and the only way to download another package is through Google Search. Access Google and then click on the 3rd link which should lead you to the driver's page. Click on Download Option iCON 210 Driver(Win) and save the package. Unpack it then go to Device manager (Start > Run > devmgmt.msc) and locate the modem in the list. Right click it, select Update driver then point the installer to the folder where the archive was extracted. Confirm the installation and it should work.
