Open the application, press Ctrl + F key combination to add a new food and enter a name in the first field. Fill up the box below the Nutrition Info with the amount of food (I suggest you to enter 100 grams) you want to analyze and go to General tab. Double-click the 0 entry next to all nutrients and enter the desired value. The units of measurement are introduced by default. Do the same with the nutrients from Minerals, Vitamins, Amino Acids and Lipids tabs and enter a product description in the Comments box. After you finish, click the Save button and then OK. To access your product press Ctrl + E and enter its name in the Search field.
