If you say the same situation is on multiple computer, then it means the problem is related to an update for the application, Windows, or the installation for another software. I recommend going a few steps back with the installations on both computer. If you still have problems, go to Control Panel > Uninstall a program and locate the application. Click to remove it, instead choose Repair. Most applications allow you to repair them. It should work this way.
