You can't send your photos via email because the application has been discontinued by Comcast in 2009. Also, your online account is suspended and the only way to recover it, is to to purchase an upgrade from the new software developer. You can read more about it on the FAQ section from the official web page. After you purchase and install the new version, you will be able to use all PhotoShow online features.
