Also, I suggest you uninstall the USB drivers and restart your computer. For this purpose, press Windows + R key combination, type Devmgmt.msc and open the utility. Uninstall the devices from Universal Serial Bus Controllers section and reboot the computer. Windows will automatically reinstall the USB drivers.
