Internet Explorer can't be opened

Whenever I open Internet Explorer, it says "Internet Explorer has stopped working". What can I do?

Let's try to follow these steps:- Start>> in start search>>type msconfig Under General tab >> click on Selective startup >> Go to services tab>> uncheck down at the bottom of the page. Click on disable all right next to it. Go to startup tab>> click on disable all right down corner of the page and restart the computer Now try to open the Internet explorer.

In order to fix the issue, I suggest you use a utility from Software Informer database in order to uninstall all the add-ons of Internet Explorer. If it doesn't help, go to Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program > Turn Windows features on or off, uncheck the Internet Explorer box and click OK. Reboot your computer, go again to Turn Windows feature on or off section and check the box next to Internet Explorer. Also, try updating the browser to the latest version.
