On Aim I can see and hear the other person but they can't see me or hear me. My Aim said that my webcam is in use but it's not. How can I check?

To fix this error, make sure that your webcam is properly installed and there are no background applications that may use the camera's features (streaming, audio, etc). Open Task Manager and go to Processes. Close all the known programs that have the possibility to work with camera devices. Once these applications are close, you can use the camera in its normal state.
