Can you get subtitles while playing videos in Adobe Flash Player?

No, you can't in free version. Sorry O:-)

No, you can't add subtitles/captions by yourself while videos are being played in Adobe Flash Player. The program doesn't support subtitle files (.srt, .sbv, .stl). The captions/subtitles can be added only by the developers. You can read about Adobe Flash Player captions on Adobe support page.
