First, be sure that your computer meets the minimum system requirements to run the application:

  • Windows 7, Vista, or XP (with Service pack 3);
  • Windows Media Player 11 or higher;
  • Internet Explorer 8 or higher;
  • Broadband internet connection.

After that, go to Start, type Windows Firewall and open the utility. Click Allow a program through Windows Firewall and check the box next to iMesh application. If you can't see the software in the Allowed programs and features window, use the Allow another program button to navigate to iMesh installation folder. Also, make sure that your antivirus, doesn't block the connection. Is the problem is not solved, open the program, click the Preferences icon, go to Connections option and open the Proxy Settings window. Un-check the I am using a proxy server to connect to the Internet box, click OK and restart the computer. Also, close all programs that may be use your bandwidth and delete the temporary Internet files and cookies.
