I am trying to open files that have been saved in a PRT extension format. I have been advised that the software used to open them was Anvil Express. How can I download this software?

The PRT file type is primarily associated with CADKEY by Kubotek. You can download and install the trial version of this application from the official web page after you fill up the request form . To download the trial version of Anvil Express you need to fill up the request form from the Millenium Cad Software, the developer of the product.
