It doesn't work anymore. Is there an upgraded version available?

I'm using HP Photosmart Premier 6.5. When I click on a folder in the view option, I receive a "No Images Found" message. What is the solution? Is there an advanced or upgraded version of this software available? I use this program many hours a week. I work with thousands of photos.

Yes, there is an upgrade available that should fix your problem. Navigate to HP Consumer Support page, click the red Download button, save the file to your computer and install the application following the provided instructions. Make sure you remove the previous version before installing the new one.
