The calls get disconnected imediatelly.

Question

Recently, since I have downloaded updates, all my incoming calls are disconnected immediately with a notice that either the line is busy or I do not have enough credit (both negative). Nobody really helps including Spikko team.

Although updates are usually required to be applied to increase the functionality of an application, it seems, as you can see, that it did more harm than good. The first thing to do is to uninstall the updates (if you have the possibility) or completely uninstall the application from your computer, then download the old package, but avoid installing the available updates. If it worked in the past, it should work again using the method posted above.
