You might need to install additional codecs to be able to create a VIDEO CD. I recommend checking the Combined Community Codec Pack. After installation, restart the software and then try again. Secondly, when you create a VIDEO DISC, make sure to configure the settings properly. Your files also need to be in a specific format because not all video formats are supported. the video might be converted properly, but if the software lacks audio codecs, then its playback with audio support won't be available.
