This is a common issue encountered by the Logitech Vid users. In order to solve it, go to Start, open the Control Panel, type firewall in the Search Box and click Windows Firewall. Press Allow a program or feature through Windows Firewall, select Change Settings, check the box next to Logitech Vid program and click OK.
