I'm living in Ivory Coast. When I plug in my Moov Internet device, the CPU suddenly jumps to 80%. The computer becomes very slow and I'm unable to work with it. Also, the device doesn't appear in the workstation. I'm using Windows Vista on 32bit. Can you help?

In order to fix the issue, press Windows + Pause/Break key combination and open Device Manager. Expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers, right-click on the driver and select Uninstall. Reboot your computer, connect the device in the USB port, press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager and wait for Windows to retrieve the drivers. Also, press Alt + Ctrl + Delete key combination, open Task Manager and close all unnecessary applications that may use your CPU resources. If it doesn't help, you will need to contact the support team because your device may be corrupted.
