Why SMSlisto is showing that I am not connected although the Internet is connected to the PC. Appreciate your prompt response.
Try updating the client to its latest version from the official website and make sure that the firewall is configured to allow the application to connect to the Internet. There is also the possibility that the servers are in maintenance which makes it impossible to connect.
