It's very easy to set up Mini Cam Pro to use with Skype. Connect the camera to PC and use the Support CD to install it. Once it's installed, download and set up Skype and go to Preferences > Video Options. Select the webcam from the drop-down list and initiate a video call with a friend and that's it.
