The cam is using plug-n-play technology and because of that you did not receive an installation disc and therefore the need for a drivers is eliminated. Try connecting the monitor to the PC and use a video calling application, you will have the possibility to customize the camera's settings. If it doesn't help you should go to the Asus website and install the driver.
