Since this is an Excel application, you can copy and paste multiple lines at once but you need to make sure that the lines correspond to the columns in the other application. Alternatively, to be more accurate, try pasting one line at the time. This way you will avoid errors. If you try to copy multiple lines that are not successive, use CTRL with one single click on each line.
