Can't you recollect it from the hints given to you... Just try it out... If you can't then I am sorry, only a backup of the data will work... Every Folder Locking software clearly says that we cannot retrieve your lost password...
Simply turn off the automatic start of the program, then restart Windows, and you will get your folder back.
