First, try to run the hardware and devices troubleshooter provided by Microsoft and if it doesn't help, go to Start > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Device Manager, expand the Universal Serial Bus Controllers list, right-click on the driver and select Uninstall. After that, reboot your PC, connect the device and click the Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager. Windows should automatically find and install the drivers. For further solutions, check the Microsoft Support page.
