I cannot delete the icq search engine. Please tell me how to do that?

I cannot delete the icq search engine. I did everything. Please tell me how to do that? Remove it from the "adds-on", "manage search engines", delete in add/remove programs, I choose "reset" in the "about:config" to all places that include "icq", but it`s still loading, after I type a word in google start page.

Download ICQ Uninstaller from this link http://cf.icq.com/cf/newtab/icqtabs_uninstall.exe and let the tool do its job. This should do the trick.
