I installed the software, but the computer tells me that the hardware might not work. It works on other computers. What can I do?

In order to fix the issue, press Windows + R key combination, type devmgmt.msc and click OK. Expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers and Imaging devices lists, right-click on the webcam driver and select Uninstall. After that, reboot your PC, connect the webcam using the USB cable, press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager and reinstall the drivers. If you still have issues, run the Fix It utility provided by Microsoft.
