When EZ is clicked and the thing comes up on the computer, on some tapes it shows a little slide beside the record indicators, and some it does not. Can someone tell me why?

I have installed the vinyl/tape converter. I bought the tape unit from Costco. I have a problem with some cassettes duplicating them to MP3 files. When EZ is clicked and the thing comes up on the computer, on some tapes it shows a little slide beside the record indicators, and some it does not. Can someone tell me why? I have plugged the cord directly into the computer.

Also on some cassettes, it hisses and spits something awful. I have to close out the program and bring it up again, and sometimes it takes care of the problem. Can someone help?

This is just a bug of the application. Close and start the application until you get the menu on the right side of the application's interface. This is the only fix at the moment that you can use.
