After I open iTunes and updating its library, I get an error message. When I click "Send", iTunes closes. This error occurs for almost 2 weeks. My iPod is not working with iTunes either. Can you help me?

U might be having some registry problems... Download REGSEEKER or some other registry cleaning utility... Uninstall Itunes... Clean your registry and now install it again... I hope this will really help... :D

Download ITunes once again if you face any problem while downloading... Or else I think some files are not getting copied due to registry errors... :) :)

In order to fix the error, I suggest you update iTunes to the latest version. Navigate to the official web page, click the blue Download Now button, save the file to your computer and install it following the on-screen instructions. The libraries will be automatically imported by the new version of the software. If this doesn't help, you can use the contact information provided by the developer to get in touch with the Support team.
