I can't open iTunes due to the "2096" error

I can't open iTunes for 4 days due to the "2096" error. I have a new iPod and I can't use it. Can you help?

In order to fix the error, you need to update QuickTime Player and iTunes to the latest versions available. Navigate to the official web pages, click the Download Now buttons, save the files to your computer and install the applications following the on-screen instructions. If you still have issues, I suggest you contact the Apple Support team.
