Is this program compatible with Windows Vista? Is it the same program originally developed by Parsons Technology?

I used this program in Vista & am currently using it in Windows 7 with no problems.

Yes, this is the same program developed by Parsons Technology and yes, the latest version of the software is fully compatible with Windows Vista platforms. Unfortunately, it has been discontinued and nowadays you can find it only on Amazon, eBay, Alibaba or other similar websites.
