I receive a "Program not responding" message.

My system is not accepting the camera data for recognition from remote location using a static IP address. I receive a "Program not responding" message. Do I need to update it?

No, you don't need to update the program in order to fix the issues. Simply navigate to Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program, select the Wireless-G Internet Home Monitoring Camera utility from the list and click Uninstall. Reboot your computer, install the software again and configure it using the instructions provided by the developers.
