I can't program my Motorola GP338 Plus radio.

I have bought a Motorola GP338 Plus device, software version R03.08.08, CP version R06.00. My software version is R03.09.03 and I can't program my radio. Can you help? Also, I need to know how and where other users bought the software?

Unfortunately, the documentation and instructions that you can find on the official web page of Motorola GP338 Plus device will not help you to program the radio. I recommend that you contact the developers and ask for instructions or for a user guide. You can get in touch with them using the Get Support page or 011 302.444.9700 phone number. Regarding your second question, you need to know that many users bought the software by contacting Motorola Solutions or visiting local shops.
