If you forgot the password, you will need to get in touch with AutoBAUP Ltd because the program doesn't have a password recovery feature. Their official email address is cs@autobaup.com.

Hello, I did find out the way for recovering your files please follow the steps:-

For the old version Folder Hider, there is a file 'LockerFunction.dll' stored in 'My Documents', for the new version Folder Hider, there if a folder 'FreeFolderHiderData' stored in 'My Documents' ,it is used for store the folder hide information, if you delete this file or folder, the folder hidden information will be lost, and the password will change to '12345'

The folder 'FreeFolderHiderData' is a hidden folder, please use the following steps to let it display.
1). Open Windows Explore.
2). Click the menu 'Tools -- Folder Options'.
-----In Win 7, Win 8, Vista, it was hidden from the Windows Explorer default interface. In order to access it, press the ALT key on your keyboard and the old menu will appear.
3). Select tab 'View'.
4). Uncheck the check box 'Hide protected operating system files(Recommended)'.
5). Select 'Show hidden files and folders'.
6). Delete this folder and then open free folder hider
7). Reset your password
8). Click the menu "Operate --> Resume all lock folder" to resume the folders. Then you can continue use this program.

This menu Use on the occasion that windows system had damaged and lock folder information had lost, click this menu, Folder Hider will search all hard disk to find and resume all locked folders, the resume folders will move to "DriveLetter:\FolderFockerResume_XXXXXXXXXXX".

And be happy that you have got all the files. Cheers.
