I'm getting a message that my Juniper Terminal Service client is not working when I try to remote access my work computer. I may have inadvertently "blocked" the Juniper updates but I don't know how to "unblock" them. Can you help?

This error is not caused by Juniper updates. In order to fix it, navigate to Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program, select MS KB2830477 from the list, click Uninstall and reboot your computer after the process is complete. Check the official web page for further information.

If the problem persists, navigate to Start, type Windows Firewall, open the utility, click Allow a program through Windows Firewall and check the box next to the Juniper program.

After that, from the Advanced Settings select Inbound Rules > New Rule. Check the Port box, click Next, type 3389 as Port Number and follow the self-explained steps. Also, make sure that your security program doesn't block the connection.
