Based on my previous experience with these tools, you have to add the IP and the port for the cameras you want to watch. If you can watch them only from your home, then you need to forward the ports for IPs allocated for the camera. If you're using a router, check the Port Forwarding section to make sure that everything is configured properly.
Additionally, you could configure a VPN to connect to your local home and then use the local IPs to see the cameras.
