I have an upgrade disc for Windows 7, but when I run the installer, it tells me that the Acer eRecovery Management version I have will not run, and it should be removed. Is the latest version supported?
Yes, it is :) but you can't install it, it's hardware-depends!
Yes, the latest version of the application is fully compatible with Windows 7 platforms. You can download and install it from Acer official web page. Identify your laptop model, select Windows 7 as operating system and download the installer from Applications section. Make sure to uninstall (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) the current version of the software before installing the new one.
