In order to fix the issues, you will need to simply change your mouse batteries. If you don't know how to do it, I suggest you use Google search engine to find video tutorials and guides. If you changed the batteries but the mouse is not working, press Windows + R, type devmgmt.msc and click OK. Expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers and Mice and other pointing devices lists, right-click on the mouse driver and select Uninstall. Reboot your computer, connect the mouse and press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager. If the problem persists, you will need to visit a local service center.
