Device connection problem.

My device connects and disconnects. What can I do?

Firstly, check if the connection cables are correctly plugged. If the cables are fine, right-click on the My Computer/Computer icon, select Manage and open Device Manager. Locate your device, right-click on the driver and select Uninstall. Reboot your computer, connect the device to your PC, press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager and wait for Windows to retrieve the drivers.
