Connection history problem on Telstra Turbo Express Manager.

I am having a problem with Telstra Turbo Express Manager. The connection history is not logging my time online as per the help information. It sometimes logs a data connection then next time will not come up. How can I fix it?

In order to fix these problems, try uninstalling the software (Control Panel > Uninstall a program), run a registry cleaner from Software Informer database to make sure that there are no leftover registry keys in your system and then install the utility again. Also, make sure that your security program and Windows Firewall doesn't block the connection. If the issues persist, try contacting the support team.
