Toshiba Satellite computer and a SAGEM 2404 router problems.

I have a Toshiba Satellite computer and a SAGEM 2404 router and I cannot connect to my WiFi, even if the WiFi is in unprotected mode. The computer can connect to other WiFi lines. Is there any incompatibility between Toshiba computers and Sagem 2404 router?

No, the Sagem 2404 router is compatible with all major computer models including the Toshiba ones. From what it seems the router is not installed or configured correctly. In order to solve the problems I suggest you reinstall the device following the instructions from the official user guide.
