I want to recover my money.

I purchased Registry Cleaner and Spyware Protection for $72.85. After a few days, my computer crashed. A computer technician got it working for me but the only way he could do it, was to delete (uninstall) both programs. I want my money back. I paid $600 for the repair. Can you help?
