Free calls with Wengo Phone.

Question

I want to subscribe only for free calls without any charge or pay anything.

If that's possible, can you tell me how because I already downloaded Wengo Phone but I cant create account. It says it's unavailable.

This is just a VoIP client. You can't place free calls because you will need a SIP server.
