My Signature Pad is not working. What can I do?

If there is a problem with the Signature Pad software, go to Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program, select SigPlus from the list, press Uninstall/Remove and follow the on-screen instructions. After that, reboot your PC, navigate to the official web page and select SigPlus Software from the Downloads tab. Next, identify your Signature Pad model, click Download SigPlus, save the file to your computer and install it following the provided instructions.

If your computer doesn't recognize the Signature Pad device, press Windows + R key combination, type devmgmt.msc and click OK. Locate the Signature Pad device in the lists, right-click on the driver and select Uninstall. After that, reboot your computer, connect the device and click Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager. Windows will automatically find and install the drivers.

If you have other type of problems (hardware, calibration) you will need to contact a Topaz Systems technician.
